Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily participated in this study, fully understood, informed about this study and signed an informed consent form. 2.Patients with primary NSCLC with clear histological and pathological evidence were adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma. 3.The age of the patients was 18-80 years old (including). ECOG score was 0-1. 4.Assessable lesions on CT or MRI and at least one assessment was available. 5.The patients agreed to abstain from smoking and drinking, and to refrain from spicy and irritating foods during the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with autoimmune diseases or digestive system diseases. 2.Patients with secondary primary malignancies. 3.Patients who took antibiotics, laxatives, immunosuppressants, microecological agents, etc. within 1 month. 4.Patients with infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis, HIV, syphilis, etc. 5.Patients requiring recent high-dose hormone therapy, active brain metastases requiring treatment, and leptomeningeal metastases.
