Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 75-100 years old; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stage 3-5 CKD, except the acute kidney injury and dialysis patients; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for HUA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Gout attacks in the previous 2 weeks or the use of uric acid lowering drugs or drugs that affect uric acid metabolism or excretion; (2) Abnormal liver function: alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) > 2 times of the reference value or active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, etc.; (3) Severe heart failure, malignant arrhythmia, acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, acute and chronic infections, hematological diseases, active tumors, tuberculosis, HIV, etc., occurred within the previous 3 months; (4) Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators
