Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 85 years; 2. Live in the village (community) for more than 1 year; 3. No diagnosed vision, hearing or speech impairment; 4. No mental illness, cognitive impairment or serious emotional problems; 5. Physical disease with unrestricted activities; 6. Have basic reading and writing skills; 7. Agree to fully participate in the activity and accept the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a diagnosed vision, hearing or speech impairment; 2. Mental illness, cognitive impairment or severe emotional problems; 3. Physical disease that restricts activity.
