35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 35 to 65; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-II, SpO2>90% when inhaling air into the room.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known history of allergy to anesthetics (Remazolam benzenesulfonate, Cyclopol, Midazolam, Fentanyl); Chronic renal failure (glomerular filtration rate30 kg/m2); Allergies to the drugs used in the study; Operation time<15 minutes
