40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Sign informed consent form 2)Male patient with metastatic epithelial cell carcinoma of the bladder with a bladder cancer stage of pT=T3aN0M0 3)Pre-operative sexual function (sexually active with IIEF-5 score greater than 21 or Riguscan test indicating normal erectile function) and request for preservation of sexual function 4)No tumor invasion of bladder neck and prostatic urethra, in line with the indication of in situ neobladder urinary diversion 5)Patients have good compliance and can complete regular follow-ups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)T3b, T4 stage bladder tumor, or combined lymph node or distant organ metastasis. 2)Severe preoperative penile erectile dysfunction. 3)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score >3 and severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency. 4)Presence of contraindications to neobladder, including urethral tumor, urethral stricture and renal insufficiency. 5)Psychiatric abnormalities.
