Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnosis of knee synovitis; 2.Patients who meet the TCM syndrome of wind-cold-damp retention and phlegm dampness stagnation; 3. Aged over 20 and no gender limitations; 4. Have not taken hormones or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 3 months before enter the trial 4. Patients who have signed the informed consent and guaranteed to complete the course of trail.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Knee acute trauma with significant local redness, swelling, heat and pain;2. Knee fractures, dislocations, tumors, tuberculosis;3. Autoimmune diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.) and synovitis caused by primary diseases such as pigmented villonodular synovitis, synovial chondromas, gout, hemophilia, etc; 4. Patients who are breastfeeding pregnant or are preparing for pregnancy;5. Being allergic or allergic to known components of constituent drugs.6.Patients with open skin injury or local skin breakage, eczema, infection or infectious disease 7. Patients who meet the indications for surgery and should undergo surgical treatment.8.Patients who are not suitable for this treatment method or with serious primary diseases at liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, endocrine system, cardiovascular, neurological system, tuberculosis, malignant tumor, etc.9. Patients with mental disorders, language disorders, motor dysfunction, psychological disorders and who are suspected of abusing sedative-hypnotics, opioid analgesics and alcohol.
