Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Aged = 75 years old, male or female elderly patients with ACS complicated with atrial fibrillation ? Past history of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, or electrocardiogram confirmed that the new-onset atrial fibrillation has been converted to drug or non-drug therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Atrial fibrillation caused by valve disease ? Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant ? Severe heart failure, NYHA class IV cardiac function ?Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR3ULN) ?Allergy history ?Electrolyte disturbance ?Malignant tumor
