Age

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 18 and 60 years,there is no limit on the gengder;2)ASA grade I or II;3)An elective endotracheal intubation operation;4)BMI is greater than or equal to 18 and less than 30;5)The patients volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: SBP is greater than or equal to 160mmHg,DBP is greater than or equal to 110 mmHg,Heart rate is greater than or equal to 110 beats per minuter;Refuse to or not suitable to patticipate in this study;Allergic to remimazolam or etomidate,or severe allergy;Svere systemic disease or other organs disease;Opioid dependence or tolerance ;mental retardation or an inability to communicate;Unstable blood flow;Brain damage,Severw heart .lung,liver and kidney dysfunction;Abnormal adrenal cortex function;Disorder of fat metabolism;difficulty of airway.
