Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Elective abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. 2.Age: 65~85 years old. 3.ASA classification I~III. 4.BMI 18~25 kg/m2. 5.Able to independently complete all preoperative cognitive function test. 6.Know and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.combined neuropsychiatric disorders, communication disorders. 2.severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 3.history of severe hypertension, diabetes mellitus and coronary artery disease. 4.preoperative summary mental status examination (MMSE) score <24. 5.Refusal to sign the informed consent form due to other factors.
