Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with schizophrenia diagnosed for more than 3 years who underwent elective intracranial stereotactic bilateral cingulate gyrus lesion surgery; (2) Aged 18-40 years; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I-II (ASA I-II, regardless of psychiatric factors); (4) No systemic vital organ diseases; (5) BMI 18-30 kg/m2;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Taking other drugs except commonly used drugs for psychiatric diseases; (2) Severe heart, lung, kidney, immune system diseases; (3) Intraoperative and postoperative drug allergy, bleeding and other accidents, as well as other patients who can not tolerate this experiment; (4) Local skin infection damage at the acupuncture site; (5) BMI 30Kg/m2; (6) Patients and their families do not agree to participate in this experiment;
