Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient age: 18-80 years old; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I, II; 3. The patient planned to undergo thoracoscopic thoracic surgery at an elective date. 4. Patients sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had difficult airway (Mallampati grade >3, sleep apnea syndrome, airway anatomy abnormalities, airway tumors, etc.); 2. Patients need lung isolation (pulmonary infection, ramtysis, hemoptysis, etc.); 3. Patients with aspiration risk (preoperative feeding, gastroesophageal reflux disease, etc.); 4. The patient has hyperresponsive airway diseases (asthma, etc.); 5. Patient's BMI> 30kg/m2; 6. The patient had abnormal cardiac function (NYHA grade III/IV, etc.). 7. The patient has a comprehension deficit (mental illness, delirium, etc.).
