Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for posterior lumbar spinal nerve entrapment syndrome 2. Age = 18 years 3. NRS score = 4 points 4. After the diagnostic posterior lumbar spinal nerve block, the pain and discomfort are relieved by more than 50%.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Spinal origin specific low back pain (moderate to severe disc herniation, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and other diseases; tumors, tuberculosis, infection, fractures, immune diseases such as rheumatoid, ankylosing spondylitis) 2. low back pain due to pelvic visceral disease 3. Random blood glucose >11.1mmoL/L 4. Refusal to participate in this test
