60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with single thoracolumbar OVCF confirmed by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) before operation; ? patients treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP); ? patients who were followed up for more than 1 year; ? patients with complete medical records and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with unilateral approach and multi-level surgery; ? patients with recurrent OVCF after PKP; ? patients with serious adverse consequences caused by bone cement leakage found during operation or after operation; (4) combined with other diseases causing low back pain, such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar degenerative disease, spinal tumor, infection, etc.; ? patients with cognitive impairment; ? patients without complete follow-up; Patients lacking complete treatment data.
