Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Definite diagnosis of Crohn's disease 2)Receive ustekinumab for more than one time 3)Age=18 years old when receiving ustekinumab, inclusive 4)Following =6 months after treatment 5)Receive clinical and/or endoscopic evaluation for more than one time after treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Receive ustekinumab for other diseases besides Crohn's disease 2)Incomplete clinical data
