Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing PD or LPD surgery 2. Patients receiving standard radical surgery or extended radical surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) PD or LPD combined with other organ resection; (2) PD or LPD performed due to trauma; (3) PD or LPD for emergency treatment, such as the rupture and bleeding of tumor; (4) palliative resection; (5) patients with severe organ dysfunction; (6) patients treated with preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy or other treatments (radiotherapy, targeted immunotherapy, etc.). (7) Patients with missing data for clinical or radiographic variables.
