Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with shoulder pain, often manifested as anteromedial extension of the shoulder distal to the biceps region, or lateral extension of the shoulder to the deltoid region, or limited shoulder movement; 2.Aged between 50 and 70 years old; 3.The course of the disease is more than 3 months; 4.Be able to use Chinese to communicate and fill in scales;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with rheumatoid or rheumatoid arthritis of the shoulder, shoulder joint trauma, shoulder fracture, shoulder joint tumor, and metal inserts in the shoulder joint; 2.Those who suffer from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, immune deficiencies, mental disorders, blood system diseases, limb motor dysfunction or cannot adhere to treatment for various reasons; 3.Patients with serious infectious diseases (such as scarlet fever, chickenpox), bleeding diseases (such as bleeding, local skin with any form of malignant tumor), skin problems (such as burns, severe skin damage, and skin infections), or any other serious diseases (such as fractures, hemiplegia).
