Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Step 1 The patient was diagnosed as coronary heart disease, and the vessel was opened without residual stenosis after intervention; Coronary blood flow grade TIMI 3; After discharge, the risk of coronary heart disease was graded as low risk; No serious liver and kidney diseases or other local or systemic diseases affecting exercise; Have a certain level of knowledge and culture and the ability to use sports bracelets; Understand the research project and sign the "Informed Consent Form"; Be able to master the operation of bracelet data transmission; Age = 18 years old. Step 2 Patients participating in the first step of the study; Informed and agreed to accept qualitative interviewers; Effective communicator. Step 3 Expert in the field of cardiac rehabilitation, more than 10 years of working experience, bachelor degree or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Step 1 Severe arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, acute myocardial infarction; Nausea tumor; NYHA cardiac function grade IV; Those who can not cooperate with sports evaluation and treatment; Have chest and lung diseases that may affect respiratory function; Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>160 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure>100 mmHg at rest); Patients with mental deficiency were complicated with severe cognitive dysfunction; Patients who are participating in other research projects. Step 2 The first step is to study those who failed to complete the longitudinal survey due to various reasons. Step 3 Those unwilling to participate in this study.
