Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: From January 1, 2015 to September 1, 2022, patients with rheumatic mitral valve disease aged = 18 years who underwent surgery in the valvular surgical center of Anzhen Hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No coronary CTA before operation 2. Intraoperative death
