Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis in the "Chinese Medical Association Orthopaedic Branch Osteoarthritis Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2018 Edition)" and are in advanced stages (Kellgren-Lawrence grades III-IV, KL-III-IV); (2) Patients who are going to undergo unilateral total knee replacement surgery; (3) Aged between 50 and 80 years old; (4) Sign the informed consent form and ensure test compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicines or anticoagulants in the past; (2) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, infectious diseases, blood diseases or liver diseases; (3) Those with a history of bleeding, bleeding tendency, and mental disorders; (4) other anticoagulants are used; (5) Congestive heart failure, pulmonary edema or severe edema of lower extremities; (6) DVT formation of lower extremities, pulmonary embolism or thrombophlebitis before surgery; (7) Known hypercoagulable state (such as estrogen use); (8) History of recent malignant tumor; (9) Severe arteriosclerosis or stenosis of lower extremity vessels, other ischemic vascular diseases and severe lower extremity deformities, etc.
