20 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 20 years old 70 years; ? patient conscious, conscious and recovered spontaneous breathing and cough reflex; ? patient stable vital signs, no dyspnea, oxygen saturation above 95%, pulmonary infection control; ? patient or family agreed; ? indwelling metal endotracheal casing.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency or severe neurological or mental disorders not reaching the indication of blocking blockage.
