Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?ASA grade I-III ? Age =65 years old ? The estimated duration of anesthesia is more than 2 hours ?Patients who plan to undergo elective general anesthesia without cardiac surgery ? Years of education =6 years ? Preoperative MoCA score =21 points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of severe neurological or mental illness, or abuse of alcohol and drugs; 2. Those with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before surgery; 4. Severe hearing and visual impairment, unable to cooperate with the examination.
