Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: observation group one inclusion criteria(1)age =18 years old; (2) Patients with active PIC diagnosed by detailed ophthalmologic examination and fluoroscopy, with secondary CNV and in active phase;(3) Treated only with intravitreal anti-VEGF agents;(4) Be able to finish the follow-up examination Inclusion criteria for the observation group two: (1) age = 18 years; (2) PIC affected eyes with stage II-III PIC lesions outside the central macular sulcus present by detailed ophthalmologic examination and fluoroscopy, and no secondary CNV in the study eye; (3) Not receiving any treatment; (4) Those who could complete follow-up as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects were excluded if there was evidence of an alternative diagnosisfor example, multifocal choroiditis andpanuveitis, acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epithelium,multiple evanescent ,serpiginouschoroidalatrophy and other subtype Subjects were excluded if there was evidence of an alternative diagnosisfor example, multifocal choroiditis andpanuveitis, acute posterior multifocal placoid pigment epithelium,multiple evanescent white dot syndrome ,serpiginouschoroidalatrophy;if the subject had a history of intravitreal anti-VEGF injection or systemic immunosuppressants during past 3months ; if the subject was complicated with ocular infection or inflammation, as to the diagnosis.
