Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? We selected patients over the age of 18, all of whom underwent painless gastroscopy. ? The main complaint was belching or typical gastroesophageal reflux symptoms (regurgitation, heartburn), and the duration of the disease was more than 3 months. ? Each enrolled patient provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? non-painless gastroscopy; ? History of resection of esophagus, stomach or duodenum; ? Patients with a history of postpharyngeal abscess or glottic mass or cricoid fracture; (4) Exclude those with serious organic diseases; ? Unable to provide informed consent.
