Oblique inguinal hernia in children

Interventions

Group A:Esketamine 0.25mg/kg compound midazolam 0.2mg/kg nasal drip

Group B:Esketamine 0.5mg/kg compound midazolam 0.2mg/kg nasal drip

Group C:Esketamine 0.75mg/kg compound midazolam 0.2mg/kg nasal drip

Group D:Normal saline 1ml combined with midazolam 0.2mg/kg nasal drops

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Children aged 4-8 years who were diagnosed with oblique inguinal hernia and planned to undergo laparoscopic surgery; (2) ASA grade ?-?, cardiac function grade ?-?; ? All participants participated in the study voluntarily and signed informed consent; ?19kg/?<BMI<25 kg/?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Serious heart and cerebrovascular diseases, serious liver, kidney, endocrine and immune system diseases; ? ß-receptor antagonists and agonists were used before surgery. ? Respiratory tract infection in the last three days; (4) Unable to cooperate with the researcher for various other reasons; ? Have a history of allergy to anesthetic drugs or input fluids.
