18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Adults who intend to undergo endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia for otorhinolaryngology short surgery (10min-1h) meet the surgical indications b.The patient is 18-60 years old, regardless of gender c.The American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) is classified as grade I-II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a.There were contraindications to the operation and the patient's family refused to sign the informed consent form b.Heart rate < 50 beats / min c.There was acute inflammation of respiratory tract within 2 weeks and there was no cure history; Patients with serious metabolic diseases such as heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney d.Those who may have or have had difficult airway or have a history of abnormal surgical anesthesia recovery e.Patients with obvious electrolyte disorders such as hyperkalemia and hypokalemia f.Known allergic to benzodiazepines g.Preoperative combined use of other sedative and analgesic drugs (including injection, oral administration and use of relevant proprietary Chinese Medicine) h.Suspected abuse of narcotic analgesics or sedatives i.Patients with neuromuscular diseases
