40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 40-70 years old 2.Meet the diagnostic criteria for shoulder coagulation, with significantly limited shoulder range of motion and a MRI diagnosis of rotator cuff injury 3.Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are allergic to anesthetic drugs or have skin damage, ulceration or infection at the anesthesia puncture site, and have long-term fever symptoms 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis 3.Coexists with other serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organic diseases and blood diseases 4.Patients with obvious upper limb, neck and shoulder blood vessel or nerve injury or fracture 5.Pregnant or lactating women 6.Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials 7.Those who suffer from mental and psychological diseases and cannot cooperate
