Interventions

control group:After the gas flow of digital chest drainage system is stable at 0-20ml/min for 6 hours,clamping the drain tube.
experimental group:After the gas flow of digital chest drainage system is stable at 60-80ml/min for 6 hours,clamping the drain tube.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who undergo lobectomy, segmentectomy or wedge resection; (2)Patients with PAL who are = grade I according to the PAL grading criteria established by Cerfolio; (3)PAL caused by alveolar-bronchial fistula (APF).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with broncho-pleural fistula (BPF); (2)Patients with abnormal biochemical examination of pleural effusion and infection; (3)NYHA grade III and above or CCS grade III and above; (4)Patients with severe renal insufficiency; (5)Patients who do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
