Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range of 18-65 years of age, 2. the neuromuscular disease and the suspected patients who need to take EMG examination, and healthy subjects.3. Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and nursing mothers, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other severe mental illness. 2. others not suitable for the study as judged by the researchers.
