Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 20-40 years old, full term (gestational age > 37 weeks), single pregnant women
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: women with cardiopulmonary disease ASA > Class II, prenatal fever, hypothyroidism combined with pregnancy, diabetes combined with pregnancy, body mass index (BMI) > 36, multiple pregnancies, emergency operations, congenital diseases or developmental abnormalities of the fetus, and other underlying diseases complicated with serious complications;There are also patients who are participating in other clinical studies;The researchers say other reasons are not appropriate for clinical trials.
