Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Inclusion criteria of patients: (1) Age 18-65; (2) Remaining teeth in mouth = 20; (3) Patients with moderate to severe periodontitis (moderate attachment loss of 3-4 mm, severe attachment loss of = 5 mm) who meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Periodontal Diseases in 1999; (4) Normal spirit, with normal communication, reading and writing ability; (5) Voluntary participation in this study; (6) Subjects voluntarily participate in the study and can provide written informed consent; 2 Inclusion criteria for doctors and nurses: (1) Voluntary participation in this study; (2) Doctors and nurses who have passed unified training and have professional qualification certificates;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for patients: (1) Have received periodontal treatment within 6 months; (2) Taking drugs to control inflammation; (3) Is participating in other studies that affect the results of this study; (4) The combination of multiple oral diseases affects the diagnosis and treatment time. 2. Exclusion criteria for doctors and nurses: (1) Doctors or nurses undergoing standardized training; (2) Operators with more than two seats at the same time; (3) Other researchers at the same time;
