Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects voluntarily join the study 2. (1) Age 18-59 years old, both sexes; (2) subjects volunteered to join the study and signed informed consent; (3) meet the surgical indications: glenoid defect >20%; Glenoid defect 15%+ISIS>6 3. Athletes with glenoid bone defect >10+ 4. Revision patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative clinical and imaging diagnosis combined with other shoulder joint diseases, such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, degeneration of shoulder joint and other diseases. 2 Vital organ diseases and other serious underlying diseases, including: 1) Severe osteoporosis and joint degeneration. 2) Dysfunction or failure of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and other organs, resulting in difficult follow-up. 3) Connective tissue diseases: lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polyarteritis nodosa, Wegener's granuloma, giant cell arteritis and Sjogren's syndrome, etc. 4) Neuropsychiatric disorders: Cerebrovascular disease (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage), migraine, inflammatory disease of the brain (encephalitis and meningitis), myelitis, epilepsy, dementia, peripheral neuropathy, and myasthenia gravis), brain organic mental disorders, including alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, mental disorders caused by traumatic brain injury and intracranial infection caused by mental disorders caused by mental disorders, syphilis, pulmonary tumor caused by mental retardation Disorders, epileptic mental disorders, mental disorders caused by HIV/AIDS), mental disorders caused by physical diseases (including mental disorders caused by physical infections, mental disorders caused by visceral organ diseases, mental disorders caused by endocrine diseases and metabolic diseases, etc.
