Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Hospitalized non-critically ill patients, or the elderly, or the elderly who have the conditions for hydrogen inhalation at home; (2) Aged 65-85; Both men and women; Not limited to nationalities; No restriction on cultural background; (3) be conscious, have a certain level of intelligence, and retain basic memory ability; (4) Have certain expression ability (oral or written); (5) For all enrolled people, basic identity information (only for this study, but not disclosed) is accurate, basic physiological and pathological data of the body is accurate, and medical history (outpatient or inpatient medical record) is complete; The inpatients are included in the medical (nursing, old-age) institution information management system (HIS, etc.); (6) Voluntarily (without being forced or acting on behalf of others) participate in the study; (7) The patient (or his legal representative) must sign and date the Informed Consent, indicating that he understands the purpose of the study and the procedures required, and is willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Have participated in any other interventional clinical trial within 30 days; (2) Had acute and critical illness within 4 weeks before enrollment; (3) According to the clinical symptoms of life-threatening patients, predict the effective life cycle within 6 months; (4) Patients who have suffered severe trauma within 6 months, especially those who are still in the life-threatening period; (5) Patients with genetic diseases, or with a family history of genetic diseases, or with known genetic defects; (6) Patients with severe birth defects; (7) Persons with severe physical disabilities, especially those affecting the quality of life; (8) Severely disabled persons who cannot take care of themselves; (9) Patients with severe infectious diseases, especially those in the infectious period; (10) Patients with severe bacterial infection (sepsis, bacteremia); A large number of patients on long-term antibiotic use; (11) Psychiatric patients (excluding the elderly with mild psychiatric symptoms), including severe depression, extreme anxiety, uncontrolled mood, severe Alzheimer's disease, and other patients with severe psychiatric symptoms (without a definite psychiatric diagnosis); (12) Patients with severe Parkinson's disease, or those with a history of Parkinson's disease for more than 5 years; (13) Patients with severe mental loss; (14) Doctor-patient disputes or potential doctor-patient relationship is difficult to coordinate; (15) Having special habits that are difficult to match, such as special eating habits (hobbies), special behavior habits, and special cultural habits; (16) In the investigator's judgment, the subject is not suitable for study observation;
