Test group:Robot guided hip reserved surgery

Control group:traditional hip reserved surgery

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Avascular necrosis of the femoral head with indications of hip preservation surgery before ARCO IIIa; (2) Perform osteopathic robot navigation assisted femoral head core decompression and bone grafting or compression bone grafting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with femoral head necrosis due to glucocorticoid use and who need to continue glucocorticoid treatment; (2) Patients who cannot tolerate general anesthesia due to systemic diseases such as heart and lung; (3) Patients with systemic infection or local skin infection around the incision.
