Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary artery disease. (2) Adults aged 18 years or older. (3) Patients discharged from hospital. (4) Stable clinical symptoms. (5) able to read understand and write Chinese and have access to the Internet (e.g., at home, work, library or through friends or relatives) (6) Able and willing to independently use an application on a mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet (provided by the researcher) and complete surveys. (7) Have some understanding and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to comply with study procedures, such as those with mental awareness or learning disabilities, reduced comprehension and judgment. (2) Combination of untreated ventricular tachycardia, severe heart failure, life-threatening coexisting disease (life expectancy less than 1 year), and/or severe exercise limitation due to causes other than cardiac disease. (3) Participation in another clinical study within the past 2 months.
