Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient was diagnosed as Takakura Stage IIIb ankle arthritis by preoperative X-ray and CT examination; (2)BMI=30 (3) Willing to cooperate with surgery and regular follow-up; (4) Able to accept random allocation of two surgical methods and bear relevant medical expenses;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Under 18 years old (2) Heavy manual workers (3) Hip and knee joint diseases (4) Endocrine, rheumatic and immune system diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, compulsory spondylitis and uncontrolled gout (5) Alcoholism and smoking (6) Uncontrolled diabetes patients, Especially for those who have been complicated with diabetes peripheral neuropathy (7) Poor soft tissue conditions around the ankle (8) Systemic or local infection (9) Poor local blood circulation of the ankle (10) Severe bone defect of the ankle (11) Severe instability of the ankle (12) Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (13) Pregnancy or lactation
