Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The patient's age is 18-60 years old; 2) The disease duration is less than or equal to 14 days; 3) The patient is diagnosed with unilateral iliofemoral segment (central or mixed) lower extremity DVT, and it is a total occlusive disease; 4) Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with contraindications or allergies to the use of contrast agents, anticoagulation and thrombolytic drugs; 2) History of active internal bleeding or cerebral infarction within the past 3 months; 3) Severe trauma within the past 4 weeks 4) Pregnancy; 5) Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure>180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure>110mmHg); 6) Bacterial endocarditis; 7) Those with coagulation dysfunction; 8) Those who cannot follow the doctor's advice for anticoagulation after discharge; 9) patients with malignant tumors; 10) special cases such as double inferior vena cava.
