Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (I) Patients over 18 years of age with anal fistulas; (II) patients who underwent 3D-TPUS and that of Sonazoid–enhanced examinations after admission; (III)patients who gave informed consent; and (IV) patients who underwent subsequent surgery within 24 hours after 3D-TPUS examination, with an elaborated operative report.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (I) Patients with acute diarrhea or perianal eczema; (II) Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases or severe liver and kidney dysfunction; (III) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction; (IV)Patients with ulceration of rectal or anal malignant tumors;and (V) patients who were allergic to ultrasound contrast agents.
