Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged over 18 years; 2. Be able to understand the purpose of this study, sign the informed consent form, and be willing to provide the remaining prostate puncture tissues in the diagnosis and treatment process; 3. Patients with prostate puncture indications who will undergo prostate puncture; 4. PSA test and MRI test results of the same period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other malignant tumors at the same time.
