Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preoperative CBCT had identified the surgical area or the tooth to be extracted adjacent to the mandibular canal, and the inferior alveolar nerve was exposed during the operation The age range is between 18 and 70 There were no other potential factors in oral cavity that could cause inferior alveolar nerve injury before surgery, including tumor, trauma, inflammation, etc There were no symptoms of bilateral lower lip numbness before surgery No history of trigeminal neuralgia No mental illness No history of serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases No history of drug or food allergy Patients who volunteered to participate in this trial and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Except for not conforming to the above content Fasting blood glucose =8mmol/L in diabetic patients Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases Autoimmune disease Patients with clinical diagnosis of mental anxiety and hypersensitivity Wound infection or tissue necrosis at the treatment site A woman who is pregnant or breastfeeding Wish to have children in the next 6 months Allergic to the source of the material Not to be received due to religious beliefs Have participated in other clinical trials within three months Patients who were not willing to participate in this study and did not have CBCT taken before surgery Other cases deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigators.
