Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 25-42; 2) BMI 18-25 kg/m2; 3) Population with birth defects/prenatal diagnosis/abortion products with suspected structural variation of less than 10M or PGT-SR population with suspected karyotype misdiagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone PGT-M; 2) The karyotype of the population showed Roche translocation and abnormal structure near the centromere; 3) Other genetic factors; 4) Any situation that other researchers think is not suitable to participate in this study.
