18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients are beyond 18 years. 2. Patients with unilateral open tibiofibular fractures. 3. Patients who meet the indications for external fixation brace surgery after assessment of the injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with vascular diseases affecting blood flow to the lower limbs. 2. Patients with bone tumors or chronic diseases with osteoporosis affecting fracture healing. 3. Patients with poor physical condition such as combined head trauma, liver and kidney insufficiency.
