Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were at least 18 years old. 2.scheduled for bronchoscopy requiring general anesthesia. 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical classification I-III . 4.participants provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.pregnant, lactating women 2.history of allergy and narcotic drugs 3.heart failure NYHA class 3-4 4.history of drug abuse 5.severe neurological conditions that impair cognition 6.Upper respiratory tract infections (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, etc.)
