Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The ultrasonic structure is abnormal. 2) Senior age and high risk; 3) Have detailed clinical phenotype data, and can obtain the information of their parents, brothers and sisters; 4) Agreed to use the remaining samples in the clinical prenatal testing process for research, and obtained informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women who cannot obtain prenatal diagnosis results and detailed clinical data; 2) The sample size is insufficient to complete SNV microarray detection.
