Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young and low weight children 2. Perform liver transplantation 3. Patient (or agent) signs informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Invasive or non-invasive mechanical ventilation support should be provided upon admission 2. History of diaphragm dysfunction 3. Previous history of thoracic and abdominal operations and injuries 4. Previous neuromuscular history
