18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years, male or female; 2. Diagnosed with primary immune thrombocytopenia, the diagnostic criteria meet the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Immune Thrombocytopenia in Adults (2020)", and the platelet count × 30109/L = <100×109/L; 3. Do not take any drugs that interfere with platelet count during the test. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, kidney, lung or liver dysfunction; 2. Patients with a history of severe mental disorders or inability to comply with research and follow-up procedures 3. Patients with immune thrombocytopenia with platelet count < 30×109/L; 4. Women who are pregnant or lactating; 5. Those who are allergic to any component of the known test drug;
