Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70; 2. Patients diagnosed as ILD by clinicians based on comprehensive clinical manifestations; 3. Chest high-resolution CT showed grid and honeycomb shadows (ILD stable phase); 4. In addition to typical grid and honeycomb shadows, there were ground-glass or consolidation shadows in both lungs on high-resolution chest CT (advanced ILD). 5. The patient was willing and able to tolerate tracheoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients and/or family members are reluctant to further study for fear of adverse reactions after the inclusion of patients in the study; 2. Have other serious lung diseases such as asthma, bronchiectasis, lung tumors, tuberculosis, etc.; 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, vascular diseases, malignant tumors, and blood system diseases (excluding cor pulmonale); 4. The diagnosis of ILD was not supported during subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
