Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?All the children met the criteria for the diagnosis of spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy in the 2015 Chinese Cerebral Palsy Rehabilitation Guidelines. ?Age2-4years old, diagnosed with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy, gender is not limited ?The gross motor function classification system (GMFCS) is rated as grade I or grade II ? Manual ability classification system (MACS) = grade III for children with cerebral palsy ? Modified Ashworth scale = grade 2 ? Can understand and complete the instructions; ?Parents signed the informed consent and completed 4-month rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from major organ diseases 2. Other diseases affecting upper extremity function (such as peripheral nerve injury, progressive muscular dystrophy or congenital upper extremity dysfunction, etc.) 3. Postoperative upper extremity 4. Patients with epilepsy or abnormal EEG 5. There are audio-visual impairments.
