Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with HBV related compensated cirrhosis who received NAs antiviral treatment were included in this study. The untreated patients were active liver cirrhosis with positive HBV DNA (= 30 IU/ml), and the treated patients were still liver cirrhosis with negative HBV DNA (<30 IU/ml) who had received anti viral therapy with NAs. 2.Subjects aged 18-70 years, regardless of gender. 3.Volunteer to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women. 2.Inability to cooperate in completing research or poor compliance. 3.Co-infected with HAV, HCV, HDV, HEV. 4.Complicated with severe circulatory, nervous and immune system diseases. 5.Autoimmune, alcoholic, drug - induced liver disease and other liver diseases.
