Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Male or female between 18 and 75 years of age 2) Patients with sessile colorectal polyps (Paris classification Is, IIa) of 10-19mm in size detected by colonoscopy 3) Able to read, understand and sign informed consent; 4) The investigator believes that the subjects can understand the clinical study process, are willing and able to complete all the study procedures and follow-up visits, and cooperate with the study procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Drug or alcohol abuse or mental disorder in the last 5 years; 2) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3) Biopsy and polyp removal cannot be performed due to coagulation disorders or oral anticoagulants within one week before surgery; 4) No pathological results were found in the polyps; 5) Patients with inadequate bowel preparation (Boston bowel preparation Score <6 overall or <2 points per colon); 6) Polyposis syndrome or familial polyposis is known; 7) Patients with inflammatory bowel disease are known; 8) Known intestinal stenosis or space-occupying tumor; 9) Major infectious diseases; Chronic kidney disease; History of cirrhosis
