18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) confirmed diagnosis of osteoarthritis of the knee joint. 2)first-time unilateral total knee replacement. 3) Those who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent. 4) Those who have good communication skills. 5)This study was approved by the ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have had VTE or have a family history of it. 2) Patients with Body mass index = 25 and those who refused to participate in the study. 3) Those with a history of severe chronic disease, respiratory failure, cardiovascular disease and malignancy. 4) Patients with Mental disorder or blurred consciousness. 5) People with cognitive or communication impairment
